DISCOVERING YOUR PERSONALITY 
The following personality assessment is based on the DISC Model. The DISC Model states that people tend to develop a self-concept based on one of four factors — being Dominant, being Influential, being Steady, or being Conscientious. Understanding your personality will help you to make better choices in where and how you serve others.

At the end of this personality assessment, you will have the opportunity to take the Spiritual Gifts Assessment Test.

Points to Remember:

  • This is an assessment of where you are today so answer the questions honestly as this will give you the best results.
  • There are no wrong answers; there is only the truth.
  • You will have ONE opportunity to take this test.
  • Try not to overthink the questions, usually the first thing that comes to mind is correct.
  • The duration of the combined tests is 15 - 20 minutes.
  • The system resets after 2 years so you can retake this test in 2 years to see how you have grown.
  • With time, and by using your spiritual gifts, you will notice that they will change over the years.
  • Be sure to double check the email address as the results will be emailed to you. There will be 2 emails.
