Stewarding the Voice of God and Growing in the Hearing the Voice of God are two things that are connected.  God speaks to us every day through many different ways, not just the bible.  In order to hear all the ways in which He speaks we have to first properly steward how He speaks.

By handling what He says to you today well, you will open the door to having Him speak to you in many other ways as well.
