Finding Your Purpose and Destiny – Scepters – Part 9

This is the final class in our series on Finding Your Purpose and Destiny and in this class you will learn about scepters.

A scepter is a tool used by royalty.  It is a part of what is used in a coronation.  Generally, we see the mantle, scepter, crown and an orb. Even though not all kings and queens carry the orb.

By reading the story of Moses from Exodus 4 – 20, we get the opportunity to see how Moses used his scepter.  In the scripture it is referred to as a rod or a staff.  This rod was a symbol of his authority.  He was able to do many things using his scepter.

Take the time to read those chapters and pay attention to:

How Moses used the scepter/rod/staff

What happened once Moses used the scepter in a way that was not pleasing to God.
